Obituary for Macil M. Robison

Macil M. Robison
Macil M. Davis Robison, 81, of Strongsville, OH passed away on Tuesday July 17, 2018 at home. She was born on February 10, 1937, in Elmore, WV to the late Wilford Davis and Valta Rowan.

She joined her late husband Charles E. " Bud" Robison, whom she was married to for 60 years. Macil is survived by a son, Harold Robison and daughter, Sheila Clement both of Strongsville, OH. Also surviving are siblings Artis Davis, Lieuthanna Hall and Everette Davis, two grandchildren, Jeffery (Jenni) Clement and Crystal (Adam) Pingitore and eight great grandchildren.

Macil loved to cook and no one ever left her house hungry. She could make up a meal with leftovers and feed an army. She canned more food than she could ever use and made sure that no she knew ever went hungry. She was also a caregiver to many and took care of anyone that needed her. In her spare time, she enjoyed garage sales and looking for bargains. She enjoyed buying things just to give them away to someone who needed them. She rode a motorcycle and taught her children how to ride. She took pleasure riding around on the golf cart and taking her grandchildren and neighbors all over the place, and they always left with a treat. In her younger years, Macil and Bud would travel to the Bluegrass festivals and take the grandchildren with them.

Macil was a sassy women who did not mince her words, but she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
She will be missed dearly and forever be in our hearts.
